In a change from previous years, the Academy will be running a greater number of specialist skill-set training sessions ie: batting sessions, bowling sessions and wicket-keeping sessions. Some of the squad members will be full-time squad members (and will attend all sessions) and some will be part-time squad members (attending only their specific skill-set sessions).

The following players have been offered the opportunity to be a member of the 2009-2010 Junior Academy Winter Training Squad:

As with the summer fixture programme during 2009, it is highly likely that other players will be offered the opportunity to represent the Academy's Junior Squad during the 2010 fixture programme. Any players who represent the Academy during 2010 will also be listed here.
